Return & Refund Policy

At SUAVE-CO™, we are committed to providing high-quality apparel and a premium shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Be returned with original tags attached

  • Be in original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked “non-returnable” at purchase

  • Worn, damaged, or altered items

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Customers may be eligible for:

  • A replacement

  • A refund

  • A store credit

Michigan consumer protection laws require businesses to address defective merchandise within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as SUAVE-CO™ is not responsible for lost return shipments.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider

Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

7. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for size or product replacements, subject to inventory availability.

If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer:

  • A store credit

  • A refund

8. Restocking Fees

SUAVE-CO™ does not charge restocking fees, unless clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.

9. Policy Disclosure

This policy is provided in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws requiring retailers to clearly disclose return and refund conditions to customers before purchase.
